This website describes Celestio, the solar projects it is developing, and the regulatory framework those projects operate under. It is published for general information.

Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to invest, a solicitation, a recommendation, or legal, tax, financial or technical advice. No part of it forms any part of a contract, and no reader should act on it without taking advice on their own facts.

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, and we source the regulatory material we summarise. Even so, content may become out of date, and summaries are necessarily shorter than what they summarise.

Where anything on this site differs from a statutory instrument, a regulatory order, or a document you have executed with us, that instrument, order or document prevails.

Statements about projects under development — capacity, timelines, generation estimates, avoided emissions and similar figures — are estimates and projections based on assumptions current at the time of writing. They describe what we expect, not what is guaranteed. Actual outcomes depend on regulatory approvals, grid conditions, weather, and other factors outside our control.
